Sandra O'Leary is a Quality Assurance and Business Solutions Leader with over 25 years of experience in a variety of business sectors. Sandra starting in the manufacturing field as a Tool and Die Designer and was one of the first Tool and Die makers in Ontario. She has lead manufacturingteams in the development of Just In Time and Lean Manufacturing work cells. As manufacturing became increasingly automated, Sandra developed programing solutions for PLC and CNC equipment and trained quality assurance teams on utilizing automated QA solutions and statistical process control methodology. From there it was an easy transition to software development where she has held various positions as a QA Manager, Project Manager and Operations Manager forstartup companies as well as large enterprise corporations.Most recently, she has specialized inthe banking sector working with the Project Management Office governance team
